Body style/type?

To lexan or not to lexan, that is the question.

Lexan body type will take the car's to another level. They are lighter and cheaper, if you paint them yourself! Don't think of the lighter aspect on our level, but put the weight ratio to scale! I would also think you should be able to run the old style if you wanted to. That would be a personal preference thing. Like if you wanted to run a standard G+ car, you could but it is a far inferior car. Rules are made to set a ceiling/umbrella not to be exceeded, as long as you are under the ceiling/umbrella, you should be legal! This is a change and everyone in the club should have a say, and make a decision in the long run.

The floor is open for debate, questions, criticism, but no arguing...................................

I do not believe that they have a Lexan or Hard plastic rule. I know certain classes have a hard body only, but that goes back to the ceiling/umbrella situation. I would think??

we used to allow both...
we kept with the hard bodies because the old chassis (chassi?) were too fragile. I would vote for lexan.

I am in for lexan, but hey what do I know, not sure if my vote counts yet, since I don't have a car.
